Working closely with sister company Planetwide Radio, P Squared have been pioneering the use of the Internet as an audio distribution system utilising nothing but 'off the shelf' streaming technology.

This has led us to investigate a number of exciting new technologies and equipment with a view to providing a robust, reliable and cost effective solution for audio distribution across geographically diverse sites.

The idea is simple, the audio that you want to distribute is encoded using standard streaming technologies (such as Windows Media(tm)) and each receiving site uses a simple decoder to access the streamed audio.

The latest generation of web enabled audio devices have made this a very viable solution offering cost effective stream decoding without the need for a PC or complex software.

P Squared have worked with a number of organisations to provide global distribution solutions at a fraction of the cost of more traditional methods such as satellite.
